Herrin, Chairman of the Board, Hazen E. Coleman, President, Walter J. Forrester, Executive Vice President and Cashier, Thomas Colombo, Vice President and L.V. Steckenrider, Asst. Cashier.  Miss Billie Marlow, Mrs. Mary Lou Bione, and Mrs. Gustava Huffstutler were tellers.  Bank directors at the time were Knute Aronson, Hazen E. Coleman, Thomas Colombo, William Fawcett, Louis Helleny, Snyder E. Herrin, and Wallace Springer, Jr.

In 1982, the Bank opened a branch in Royalton, Illinois.  The Royalton branch is referred to as the “Royalton Bank” by its many loyal customers.  The “Royalton Bank” continues to provide quality financial services to our customers located in Franklin County.

Today, Herrin Security Bank continues its commitment to its customers and its communities.  Herrin Security Bank currently holds approximately $107,000,000 in assets, employing 34 full-time and 3 part-time associates that primarily serve the communities of Herrin and Royalton, in Williamson and Franklin County, respectively.  Herrin Security Bank offers an array of cost competitive deposit and loan services through its two locations.  Besides the normal branch delivery system, the Bank provides telephone banking, ATM and debit card banking, internet banking; both consumer and small business, and bill pay services.  The Bank’s five ATM locations provides convenient 24 hour banking.
